There are 60 restaurants in the village abd region of Saas Fee with a wide choice ranging from simple measl to Valaisian specialities and gourmet menus. A satisfying Saas Rosti (hash brown potatoes), a raclette (melted cheese with boiled potatoes), a cheese fondue or a tasty Zvieriteller (cold cuts of ham, salami, cheese, etc) are served in all hotels and restaurants.
